He’s been targeted by the Democratic Party. Biden has kept pressuring Tesla, excluding Tesla from electric vehicle subsidies because it doesn’t have a union.

Right now, there’s severe flooding in North Carolina, possibly with thousands of deaths. Musk sent people to deliver Starlink and supplies to help, but FEMA blocked their helicopters from landing and confiscated the supplies, later saying they were from the Biden administration. All private aid has been banned from the disaster zone. It’s said that North Carolina police even tried to stop FEMA’s actions.

When SpaceX wanted to launch its Mars spaceship, the FAA delayed approval on purpose and even fined them.

The U.S. Department of Justice is also suing SpaceX, questioning why it doesn’t hire refugees or new immigrants, but because of defense secrets, they must hire U.S. citizens.
